These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by MEEPAY. By registering, subscribing, or making a payment, you agree to comply with these terms, including our Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of Platform & Service Delivery
- MEEPAY provides an online service aggregation platform that connects customer service inquiries with verified service providers.
- The company acts as an intermediary responsible for managing communication, coordination, and service delivery between customers and service providers.
- Customers submit their service inquiries through the Meepay platform, after which our team reviews the request and communicates directly with the customer to understand the service requirements.
- Based on the evaluated requirement, Meepay coordinates with a suitable verified service provider to fulfill the service request.
- Customers and service providers do not communicate directly with each other; all coordination and communication are managed by Meepay.
- Service activation or provider coordination typically occurs within 1–3 business days after successful payment or inquiry confirmation.
2. Account Registration
- Users must provide accurate and complete business information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account credentials securely.
- The company may suspend accounts providing false or misleading information.
3. Subscription & Payment Terms
- All subscriptions require advance payment.
- Subscription validity begins from the date of service activation.
- Plans are valid for the selected duration (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension.
4. Return, Refund & Cancellation
- Since the services provided through the platform are digital in nature and involve service coordination and platform access, physical returns are not applicable.
- Once a service request or subscription has been activated or coordinated, the service is generally considered delivered and cannot be returned.
- Refund requests may be considered only if the service has not yet been activated or coordinated with a service provider.
- Once the service is activated, subscriptions and service coordination fees are generally non-refundable.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

5. User Responsibilities
- Users must ensure that listed information is accurate and lawful.
- Users are responsible for their business transactions and commitments.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Posting misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
- Misusing platform services or manipulating leads.
- Engaging in illegal activities through the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
- All platform content and branding remain the property of the company.
- Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription period.
9. Suspension & Termination
- Services may be suspended for policy violations or non-payment.
- Termination does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.
